3D model of Tomb of Mamia (Pompeii Porta Ercolano)
Modello 3D della tomba di Mamia (884) a Pompei, fuori Porta Ercolano, lato ovest, civico 4.
Tomba a schola in tufo, con le estremità ornate a zampe di leone. Appartenne alla sacerdos publica Mamia P.f., a cui si deve la costruzione del Tempio del Genio di Augusto, edificato nel Foro al posto di antiche proprietà di famiglia. La tomba era in via di ultimazione nel 29 d.C., anno a cui risale un graffito letto sull’intonaco un tempo presente sul basamento in opera incerta.
