Images of 3D model of Tomb of Gens Istacidia (Pompeii Porta Ercolano)
Immagine del modello 3D della tomba degli Istacidii (927) a Pompei, fuori Porta Ercolano, lato ovest, civico 4a. La tomba si trova lungo il tratto sud-orientale della via pomeriale esterna, in direzione di Oplontis ed è sovrastata da un’edicola rotonda con colonnato ionico; le iscrizioni lette su numerosi cippi disposti al suo interno riferiscono il sepolcro alla famiglia degli Istacidii, un ramo della quale acquisì in età augustea la vicina Villa dei Misteri.
