Modello 3D del complesso monumentale di Carminiello ai Mannesi, in particolare del piano superiore. Il complesso monumentale di Carminiello ai Mannesi si estende attualmente in un’area libera da fabbrica, distrutta da un bombardamento aereo del 1943, delimitata a sud da vico Carminiello ai Mannesi, ad ovest da Vico I Carminiello ai Mannesi, ad est da Vico dei Zuroli mentre a nord è in parte inglobato in alcuni edifici i cui ingressi si aprono in via dei Tribunali e Zuroli. Il complesso fa parte di un’insula romana che si estende all’incirca lungo l’asse nord-sud rispetto all’attuale via Duomo a Napoli. Il complesso si sviluppa su tre livelli. Per il livello inferiore sono stati identificati 29 ambienti che coprono un’estensione di circa 700 mq. Gli ambienti sotterranei invece comprendono una serie di spazi adibiti probabilmente a magazzino. Il livello superiore copre circa la metà dell’area occupata dal livello inferiore. Fu convertito in complesso termale, il cui ambiente è riconoscibile verso Sud. È inoltre visibile una grande vasca rettangolare ricoperta in cocciopesto e una vasca più piccola centrale con gradini e fontana rivestita di marmo bianco.
