La Loggia Romanino is one of four wings around the Courtyard of the Lions, which form the Great Palace of Buoncosiglio Castle, erected by the Bishop Bernardo Cles next to Castelvecchio since 1528 The lodge takes its name from the painter Girolamo Romanino from Brescia, which, between 1531 and 1532, made the frescos of this important point of connection between the buildings of the Great Palace, fulfilling one of his masterpieces.
